About Me

With more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering design and infrastructure inspections, I’ve had the privilege of working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and in private practice. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from creative design concepts to permit-ready engineering and construction drawings. I’ve worked on everything from horizontal and vertical home remodels to Alternative Dwelling Units (ADUs), reinforced concrete foundations, footings, and retaining walls, as well as apartment building and condominium inspections. I ensure every project meets the highest standards, including full compliance with California Senate Bills SB-731 and SB-326, along with San Francisco Housing Code Section 604.
